Ingredients (If the brand name suggested in the recipe
is not available, please substitute the closest alternative)
7 fl oz Soy Dream vanilla soymilk (Soy Dream)
2 1/2 tbsp Instant coffee substitute
1 tsp Flaxseed oil
35 gm TrueStrength Protein Powder (UWL)
6 cube(s) Ice cubes
Instructions Put all ingredients into a blender and
blend until desired consistency. Add more or less
ice depending on how thick you like your shake.
Note: Use coffee substitute granules (not liquid).
